What’s holding you back from quitting smoking?
After helping 1000’s of people just like you quit smoking with hypnotherapy and here are a few things people fear when they quit smoking.
They fear that it’s too hard because they have struggled in the past when they tried to quit smoking.
They fear that they will have horrible cravings and they give up and start smoking again because it’s just easier to smoke than not to smoke.

These are all very understandable fears because who wants to suffer when they quit smoking?

Most people try to do it the old and outdated ways like with cold turkey, gum, patch or pills.
These methods have such a low success rate and the reason is they are addressing the physical aspect of smoking; they are not addressing the mental aspect of smoking.
You see the reason you smoke is mostly mental, it’s a habit you created.
It’s a habit that helps you with your stress, it’s your escape, it’s your time out, it’s your excuse to go outside take a break and get some sunshine.
You don’t go outside to smoke to escape a physical withdrawal symptoms like… nausea, vomiting, headaches or full body sweating.
You don’t, you get stressed out and say to yourself, I need to go have a cigarette. You go outside and take 2-3 drags and you feel better.
Smoking is all about the mental not the physical.
Smoking is all about the mental and not the physical this is why methods like; cold turkey gum, patches or pills have such a low success rate. They are not focusing on the root cause of smoking; no wonder they don’t work.
